After you schedule your virtual training session, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your pre-requisite online course. You must complete the online course prior to your scheduled virtual training session.

We will send you a skills testing package with all the equipment necessary for your virtual training session. Your package will include a pre-paid return shipping label.

Will my employer accept this "virtual" training certification?
Other companies only offer “Virtual Courses” that are completely online and do not include a physical, monitored skills testing session. For this virtual training, a certified instructor will visually monitor your skills testing using the required equipment (we ship to you) to prove competency. Upon completion of your virtual training, you will receive the exact same certification someone attending an in-person training would receive (the word "virtual" will NOT be on the certification).
What do I need to do before the virtual training?
After registration, you will receive a welcome email with instructions. Depending on the type of virtual training you signed up for, you may have to complete an online course prior to the virtual training. After completion of the online course, you will be shipped a skills testing package with all the required equipment. Prepaid return shipping label is included.
How is this virtual training conducted?
The virtual training is conducted via Zoom. Please make sure you have the program downloaded and updated before the start of your virtual training. Please make sure to test your camera, speakers & microphone before your virtual training. We recommend/encourage the use of a computer (with webcam) & discourage the use of a mobile phone.
How will I receive my training equipment?
We will send you the skills testing package with all the required equipment. This includes a pre-paid return label. NOTE: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Alaska & Hawaii require an additional shipping fee.
How long does the virtual training take?
The estimated times for the virtual training is:
Adult CPR/AED/First Aid: 90 minutes
Adult/Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid: 2 hours
Basic Life Support: 1-2 hours
Tourniquet Application: 1 hour
